Algomo: Adressing Hallucinations in conversational AI

Algomo is one of five winners of the first ELSA Industry Call and has received 60,000 euros in funding, working together with top AI experts within our Network of Excellence for six months. Algomo is a SaaS platform offering an AI-powered customer service automation solution. Algomo’s platform utilizes generative AI to create custom bots for website-based customer support.

” We developed technology to monitor and interpret LLM outputs, enhancing trust and accelerating the deployment of LLMs in commercial applications. We created three solutions:

  • AI Monitoring: Metrics for detecting hallucinations in LLM and non-LLM outputs.
  • Modular Composition: Separate models and prompts for reasoning and copywriting.
  • Agent Assist: An RLHF pipeline where users provide feedback by using, editing, or discarding suggested answers.

As a result, 86% of customer support conversations were fully automated, inaccurate answers were reduced, and product adoption increased.”
