“Our project was undertaken in collaboration with the ELSA program to enhance trust and transparency in AI-driven analysis of construction tenders.
The primary work involved the development and successful deployment of our Tender Intelligence platform, which leverages a novel combination of Large Language Models (LLMs) and specialized Knowledge Graphs. The core of the project was to build a system that not only extracts critical insights from complex tender documents but also makes the AI’s reasoning process entirely transparent, thus allowing professionals to trace every insight directly back to its source sentence in the original document.
The main result is a fully functional and validated platform that has been successfully deployed to multiple general contractors, demonstrating its value and reliability in a real-world operational environment. The positive reception from clients underscores the industry’s need for transparent and dependable AI solutions.”
