Since ELSA’s start in 2022, the ELSA Mobility Program, along with its mobility fund, has been a key instrument for connecting researchers all over Europe and has been utilized actively. ELSA is proud to have empowered countless research-related visits.
As expected, the budget in the ELSA Mobility Fund is coming to its end. This means that, while the ELSA Travel Office is still accepting applications, the team must wait for the reimbursement submissions of the ongoing applications before approving new ones.
Here is what new applicants need to know:
- A waiting list for new mobility applications is in place.
- Applications might be declined due to a lack of budget.
- The “first come, first served” rule is still in place.
For applications that have been approved, the ELSA Travel Office kindly requests that applicants submit their reimbursements in a timely manner.
