How AI is shaping journalism and journalism is shaping AI

Workshop on "How is AI shaping journalism and journalism shaping AI"

AI is an increasingly prominent topic in media, from journalists covering the latest LLM breakthroughs to public discourse on AI-generated images (e.g., the Pope in a puffer jacket). The Alan Turing Institute, along with ELLIS, welcomes you to join them, AI academics, and tech journalists to explore two key themes:

  • how AI is shaping journalism and
  • how journalism is shaping AI and public perception
